Obituary of Dennis Paul Farrell
Dennis Paul Farrell, 79, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Dennis was the beloved husband of Linda Farrell, with whom he shared 55 beautiful years of marriage. Their love story began at Anchor Savings Bank, where a chance meeting blossomed into a lifelong partnership filled with love, laughter, and devotion.
He was a proud father to Denise (Jerry) Berardelli and Steven (Lai) Farrell, and a cherished grandfather to Alexandra, Ava, and Emma, who brought him endless joy. His deep love for his family was evident in everything he did, and he was a constant source of strength, wisdom, and kindness.
A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Dennis served aboard the U.S.S. Glennon DD-840. His patriotism and dedication to his country were unwavering, and he spoke proudly of his service.
Dennis had a lifelong love for the ocean and found peace and solitude by the shore. Whether fishing or simply listening to the waves, the sea was his sanctuary.
A proud Irishman, Dennis was also widely known as the "mozzarella king" for his homemade fresh mozzarella cheese—a craft he perfected with love and enthusiasm. He even shared his talent with the world through a YouTube video, spreading both joy and deliciousness. To his family, he was affectionately known as "The Genius" for his many talents and sharp mind.
Dennis's legacy is one of love, pride, laughter, and family. He will be remembered for his warm heart, his deep-rooted values, and the unforgettable impact he had on those who knew and loved him.
