Terry and Family O'Shaughnessy, please know that I am so saddened to hear of Karen's passing. I was Karen's manager at Wachovia and while we did not not keep in contact following the closing of the NY office, I know that she was surrounded by a very loving and caring family. Your family and of course Karen are in my prayers. Please accept my deepest sympathy on her passing.
