To the family of Florence,
I was so sorry to hear of Florence's passing.
I am a long time customer of Duane Reade, though I hadn't been there in a while and I learned just yesterday of her passing.
Florence was always so very pleasant and helpful and always had a smile on her face.
My thoughts and prayers are with her family at this most difficult time.

Dear Family of Florence:
I just read of Florence's death, and I am grateful to be able to write to you here. I taught in the Brooklyn College English Department while Florence worked there, and retired in 2011, so I'm not always aware of what's happening.
Florence was such a wonderful spirit in the department. She was always warm, helpful, clear headed, and kind. I enjoyed talking with her and simply seeing her moving through the department in her lovely, cheerful way.
I hope that this small note is a comfort to you in this time of grief. My heart goes out to all of you.

My deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Florence.
I've been going to Duane Reade every sunday morning. Florence was always pleasant and very helpful, always smiling. She will be missed :(

My condolences to Florence family. I met Florence in Duane Reade and she was always pleasant and presented a smile on her face that I will remember for a life time. What a wonderful person who has gone too soon. May GOD wrap his arms around her as he enters into his kingdom.
