Obituary of Doris Mae Reilly

Doris Mae Reilly 04/09/1929 to 04/26/2015 Doris Mae Reilly passed in peace on Sunday, April 26, 2015 at the age of 86. Doris was born April 09, 1929 in Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of Thomas Vicat and Geraldine Gardner. Doris thoroughly enjoyed gardening, caring for others and making others laugh. In 1948 Doris married her soul mate and lifelong partner, Arthur Reilly. Doris and Arthur were married for 60 years until Arthur’s passing in 2008. Loving mother to Geraldine Reilly, Arthur Reilly, Michael Reilly, Maureen Garramone, Joseph Reilly, John Reilly and David Reilly. After graduating from Kings borough Community College Doris became a Registered Nurse and devoted herself to helping others. In lieu of flowers the family request that a donation in memory of Doris be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, American Heart Association or a charity of your choice.
