Robert E. Moran, age 91, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2015. Proud US Navy Veteran. Robert E. was born May 27, 1924 in Brooklyn, NY. He is the son of the late John V. Sr. and the late Delia (O'Brien) Moran. Beloved husband of the late Mary F. Loving father of Michael J. and Robert E. Jr. Devoted brother of the late Joseph C. Moran and John V. Moran and their families. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 14 at Good Shepherd R.C. Church, 1950 Batchelder Street, Brooklyn, NY with Fr. Robert Nalley officiating. Burial will take place in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY. Visiting hours will be Tuesday, October 13 from 2 to 5 PM and 7 to 9 PM. Prayer Service at 8:00 PM.
