Obituary of Richard J. Ryan

Richard J. Ryan passed away surrounded by his loving family on October 20, 2015. Richard was the devoted husband of Kathleen (nee McNoble). He was the loving father to Tracy Keane (Kevin), and Jennifer Frank (Peter). He was the cherished brother of Kevin Ryan, Susan Blair, and the late Thomas and Ronald Ryan. Richard was the adored grandfather of Ryan Keane, Emma Keane, Shae Frank, and Lauren Frank. He was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Visitation for Richard will be on at Marine Park Funeral Home on Thursday from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm, and on Friday from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm, and 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. The funeral will be on Saturday, 9:00 am at Marine Park Funeral Home, going to St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church for a 10:00 am mass. The committal will be held at Maple Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Richard’s name to the Rockaway Point Volunteer Fire Department. Though life moves fast today and we may not have the time to come and pay our condolences we all still have the time to take a moment, reflect and say a prayer.
