Brunette Brisard, age 86, entered into eternal rest surrounded by her family on Saturday, June 4, 2016. Mrs. Brisard was born October 9, 1929 in Haiti. She is the daughter of the late Dugressa and the late Oltine (Augustin) Phanord. Loving mother of Rene Brisard, Carole Prochet and Antoinette Joseph. Cherished grandmother of Melissa, Andrew, Jordan and Michael. Beloved sister of Lyonette Severe, Evelyne Desamours and Chesnel Phanord.
