Obituary of Vincent Tarone

Vincent Tarone died peacefully on June 7, 2016 in Brooklyn, NY. He was 88. Born May 27, 1928 in Brooklyn to the late Gennaro and Filomena. Vincent valiantly served with the US Army during the Korea Conflict. Upon returning home he joined the NYPD rising to the esteemed position of Deputy Inspector. He will be deeply missed by his son Vincent and daughter Mary Tarone - Amalfitano. Cherished grandfather of Steven Vincent and Daniel Amalfitano. Devoted brother of Susan, Ray, Helen Cannevno and the late Jerry. A dear friend, uncle and gentleman who will be missed by those who truly knew him.
