Obituary of Anthony Chimenti

Anthony Chimenti passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at the age of 84.  Mr. Chimenti was born September 20, 1932 in Brooklyn, NY.  He is the son of the late Vincent and the late Stephanie (Cascio) Chimenti.

He worked as a magazine distributor for TV Guide. 

Mr. Chimenti was the loving husband to Ellen Cavanna.  He was the cherished father of Valerie DeAngelo, Lisa DiLullo with her husband Nick, and Jeannine Livia with her husband Michael.  He was the adored grandfather of Corin, Lauren, Robert, Morgan, Christina, Stephanie and great-grandfather of Christopher and Skylar.

Viewing will be Saturday, June 17 from 6 to 9:00 PM and Sunday, June 18 from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 9 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, June 19 at Good Shepherd R.C. Church, 1950 Batchelder Street, Brooklyn, NY.  Following the service with be a committal service in the chapel at Green-Wood Crematory.
