I am very sorry to hear of Mr Lallo’s passing me and my brother played for Gil Hodges in the summer of 83 and he was the manager of the team we were on and I remember one time we had late practice he let me and my brother stay one night at his home because we had a game the next morning . Nothing but great memories from that summer he was a great manager !! Rest In Peace Mr. Lallo I will never forget you and how you helped me play better baseball!!

Today was a busy day finally did what we have been trying to do for a long time. Don't laugh but I did clean out the attic.... So that is one thing off your bucket list a few more to go or should I say a lot to go..

I am so saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Lallo. I have the fondest memories of him in my childhood. Always had the beautiful Cadillac that he would load all the boys from the neighborhood in to go see the Mets at Shea stadium. He would sit there and announce the game while he let Michael and his friends run around chasing foul balls and hang by the bullpen. Shea was empty back then, felt like we had free reign of the place. His never ending support for all the boys in the Gerritsen Beach Little League was amazing.
Thanks for the memories. You will always have a special place in my heart.
