Obituary of Robert J. Gencarelli

Robert J. Gencarelli passed away unexpectedly on January 24, 2019. He was 79 years old. Robert was the beloved husband of Barbara (nee Morelli) Gencarelli. He was the loving father of Joseph Gencarelli, Esther M. (John) Aponte, Barbara Ann (Frank) Stella, and Robert (Joy) Gencarelli. Robert was the cherished grandfather of Joseph Jr., John, Stephen, Nicholas, Michael, and Charlotte. Robert was the dear brother of Anton Gencarelli.

The visitation for Robert J. Gencarelli will be held at Marine Park Funeral Home on Sunday January 27, 2019 from 2:00 - 5:00 PM & 7:00 - 9:00 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Columba Roman Catholic Church on Monday January 28, 2019 at 10:00 AM - the family will be meeting at the funeral home by 9:00 AM. The Committal Service will immediately follow the Funeral Mass at Green-Wood Cemetery.
