My Dear Childhood Friend, Joan. I was so saddened to hear of your passing. We weren't just friends, we were family. We made our Communion, Confirmation and Graduated together. Our mothers were best of friends before we were born and there was always a deep connection with our families. I will never forget you and the memories we shared. God Bless You my childhood friend. RIP. My deepest condolences to your children, your sisters and brothers and dear friends.

I am so heart broken to hear the news of Joan’s passing. She was an inspiration to say at the least. A soul so kind with only thoughts of how to help other people. I’ve known her since I was a little kid in elementary school when she tutored me. She taught me many things and most of all gave me confidence. I will miss her dearly but know that she is at peace and watching over all of us because that’s the kind of woman she was, a caring and thoughtful one. Blessings to all her loved ones. Love Marina, Harris and Marky

I’ve known Joan for about 37 years. She was a beautiful person and a wonderful, caring friend. Joan and I spent a lot of time together years ago but unfortunately not so much lately. She was an intelligent, funny person. She always said exactly what was on her mind. She was generous to a fault. Whenever I was going through a rough time she was always there for me. I still can’t believe that she is gone. I just thought she’d be around forever. I miss her so much but will find comfort remembering all the wonderful times we shared. I love you Joan.
