Obituary of Robert Sommer

Robert Sommer, age 29, of Brooklyn passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 12, 2019. Robert was born December 9, 1989 in Brooklyn, New York. Beloved son of the late Ellen McNally Sommer and Robert Sommer, Jr. Dear step son of Carmen Pineda. Loving brother of Janine Petrossian and her husband, George. Cherished brother of his best friend Thomas McNally and his wife, Rene. Treasured uncle of Ariana, Lukas, Makayla and Kennedy. Dear nephew of Patricia Tuey. Adored cousin of many.

Reposing Thursday, May 16 from 2-5 and 7-9 PM and Friday, May 17 from 2-5 and 7-9 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, New York. 

Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 18 at St. Bernard R.C. Church, 2055 East 69th Street, Brooklyn.

Burial to immediately follow mass at Greenville Cemetery, Greenville, New York where Robert will be laid to rest alongside his beloved late mother, Ellen McNally Sommer.
