Jim was a wonderfully caring and helpful fellow to me in my early days at DC++...He showed me how to navigate around DC++ and always made sure I found what I was looking for....It will be very sad not to see his Parts321 handle in DC++ rosters...R.I.P my good friend!!!....Ric

I only knew Jim through our common love of Soul music. Music was probably only a small part of his rich life. Jim always let me know if he had found some new music that was of interest to me and we shared many a track. I got the sense of a true gentleman and I will remember Jim with fondness. My condolences to Jim's family from the other side of the pond. RB

I never met Jim in person but we chatted and exchanged plenty of music online, something that we both had a passion for. My condolences to his family and friends.

I've just been informed that a member of the DC
has recently passed away. His 'handle' was <parts321>
but some knew him as Jim. I doubt I spoke to him
more than once or twice but how well do any of us
know each other?
As anonymous as we all prefer to be, I think
we all would like to be remembered as well.
I have no idea if he has a family, nor would
I know how to let them know, but;
I WILL REMEMBER HIM.

To the Lohse Family,
We were so sorry to hear of Jimmy death. He was a wonderful neighbor (as was your mother) to us when we first moved (1969) next door on Ford Street. We have great memories of Jimmy talking to our children over the backyard fence. We will remember him in our prayers.
