Dear Yeye,
You were the best, funniest grandpa anyone could ask for. Thank you for teaching us patience and urging us always to care for Yin and the people we care about. As a quiet person myself, you remind me that one can find great contentment, happiness, and inner peace in life by living simply and calmly.
With Love from me and Your Grandchildren,
Aly, Jon, Jassy-Jasmine, Andy, Gregory, Kim, and Krystal
(P.S. I passed my road test and we all got Rudda Rudda, Yeye! :D)

Dear Maple, Tom&Katherine, William&Babara, James&Stephaine and the entire Chin’s families:
As we remember and celebrate the life of Mr. Thick Hong Chin today, we also want to lift you all and your extended families up unto the Lord for we know that Mr. Chin has been relieved from all pains and troubles on earth, and now is at the perfect home with our Lord Jesus Christ and all His saints in heaven, the right place for His children. We pray that in the midst of grief you and your relatives may experience His presence, inner peace and comfort. As the children of God we are encouraged by the love, joy, kindness and gentleness of Mr. Chin. May the loving spirit of Mr. Chin continue to live in our hearts and motivate us to live for the Lord daily. We miss Mr. Chin, but we shall see him in the presence of our LORD Jesus Christ.
願上帝带领并祝福你们全家!
In Christ our Comforter and Princess of Peace,

Dad
Thanks Dad for taking care of us for all your life. You have been a true example to follow, especially for Jon and Al. We have been truly blessed by God as our Dad and Grandfather. Continue to watch over our family from Heaven and guide Alyson and Jonathan to be as loving and successful as you! We love you and will miss you but know you are now in peace! With God’s grace, we hope to see you up there one day!
Love,
Stephanie and Jim

Uncle Hong,
You were the uncle with the most gentle of souls and so dignified throughout your health challenges. I'll never forget how you smiled and laughed at samples of my work when mom and I visited you. Only a kind gentleman ill in bed would be or at least ACT entertained! I'd like to think you truly enjoyed that visit of respect and love for you. Godspeed and see you again someday. Mom says you were so easy to get along with. Of course! We light up to you with love, Elsie and Paula

Dear Aunt Mabel, Cousins and Family,
We are so sorry that Uncle Hong passed away. You all made his final days comfortable and helped him live with dignity. My mother Elsie had nothing, but positive things to say about him. It meant so much to Paula how he treated her with respect. I may not have been his top student, but Uncle Hong was so patient with me when he tried to teach me Chinese a long time ago. We should all learn from Uncle Hong's gentle, kind approach to life. He will surely be missed.
