Obituary of James J Pollicino
James J "Jim" Pollicino, a lifelong resident of Brooklyn, passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at home in Brooklyn surrounded by loved ones. Jim was 75 years old. Jim was born on May 29, 1944 in Brooklyn, NY. Jim is the son of the late Frank Pollicino and the late Evelyn (Kett) Pollicino. Jim married the love of his life Pamela A Morley. They have been married for 54 years. Jim was employed by Con Edison as a Structural Design Engineer. Jim is survived by his loving wife Pamela A Pollicino; his beloved children Debra (Glen) Ludwig and Michael (Stephanie) Pollicino; his cherished grandchildren Emily, Eric, Amelia, Olivia and Finn; his adoring sister Patricia (Richard) Schultz and his treasured nieces.
Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
Visitation will be Saturday August 10, 2019 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM and Sunday August 11, 2019 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00 am on Monday August 12, 2019 at St. Thomas Aquinas R.C. Church, 1550 Hendrickson Street, Brooklyn, NY.
