Obituary of Virginia Castro
IN LOVING MEMORY
VIRGINIA CASTRO
November 9, 1936 – April 12, 2020
Beloved Virginia Castro passed away on the holiest day of the year, Easter, at the age of 83. Virginia was born on November 9, 1936 in Piletas, Lares, Puerto Rico. She was the youngest child born to Francisco Castro Gonzalez and Maria Echevarria Mercado.
Virginia is survived by her children, she loved so much, Jorge and his wife Jeannette, Diana and her husband David and Michael and his partner Nicolas. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Mikael, David, Nastasha, Christian and Genesis, and great grandmother to Mikael Jr. and Makayla. She also loved her furry grandchildren Toby and Bella. Her family was her life.
Virginia’s pastime was doing crossword puzzles, watching game shows, novelas, but most especially spending time with her family and friends. Game nights playing pokeno, left center right dice game, and dominoes (she was the best at dominoes) will never be the same.
She was sweet, kind, loving and will be dearly missed by everyone whose lives she touched. It’s not good bye, but unil we meet again.
Rest in Eternal Peace
