Obituary of Nelson A. Bayas

Nelson A. Bayas passed away on October 28, 2021. He was 94 years old. Nelson was the beloved husband of Hayda (nee Delgado) Bayas. He was the loving father of Inez (Salvatore) Mirra, Arthur (Ann) Bayas, Rossanna (the late William) Barbot, and Celia (Justo) Falcon. Nelson was the cherished grandfather of Lisa (Greg), Salvatore Jr. (Lauren), John Tyler, and Michelle (Matt); and great grandfather of Constantino, Nicholas, Christian, Daniella, and Salvatore III. He was the dear brother of Grace Leskin. Nelson will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

The visitation for Nelson A. Bayas will be held at Marine Park Funeral Home on Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 2:00 to 7:00 PM. There will be a prayer service held at the funeral home at 6:00 PM. The funeral will be on Monday, November 1, 2021. The family will be meeting at the funeral home by 9:00 AM, and the funeral procession will be departing at 10:00 AM. The Committal Service will take place at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
