Obituary of Mary Kate O'Dea

Mary Kate (Collins) O'Dea, age 86, of Brooklyn passed away on March 13th, 2022.  Mary was born in Moynoe, Scariff, County Clare, Ireland.  She was the youngest daughter of the late Patrick and Ann (McMahon) Collins.  Beloved wife of the late Patrick O'Dea.  Cherished Mother to Ann, Mary, Patrick (Patricia), Thomas, John (Pauline) (Kristine) and Colleen O'Dea Morris (Liam).  Younger sister to Michael and to those that have passed before her Margaret (Timmons), Patrick, Timothy, and Denis.  Devoted Grandmother to Patrick, John, Thomas, Brian, Katie, Margaret, MaryKate, Rebecca, James, Anna, Jack, Collin and Sophia.

Wake service will be on Tuesday March 15, 2022 from 3:00 to 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home. 3024 Quentin Road Brooklyn, NY 11234, 718-339-8900.

Mass of Christian burial will be on Wednesday March 16, 2022 at St. Columba Roman Catholic Church for 10:00 AM. 2245 Kimball Street Brooklyn, NY 11234.

Committal service will immediately follow to Calverton National Cemetery. 210 Princeton Boulevard Calverton, NY 11933.
