Obituary of Francesca Mistretta

Francesca Mistretta, age 81, of Brooklyn ,NY, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2022. Mrs. Mistretta was born July 7, 1940 in Italy. She was the daughter of the late Mauro and the late Serafina (nee Scarda) Ditroia. 

Mrs. Mistretta is survived by her loving children Salvatore (Maria,) Vincent (Francesca) and Joseph.

She will be missed by her cherished grandchildren Nicholas (Danielle) and Kayla.

The stories of her life will be shared with her soon-to-be great grandson Michael Nicholas.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May Francesca's soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Calling hours will be Friday, April 8 from 2:00 -7:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, April 9 at 9:30 AM on at St. Thomas Aquinas R.C. Church, 1550 Hendrickson Street, Brooklyn, NY. 

Burial to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park, Farmingdale.
