Q: What will you miss most about Renato?
A: I knew Renato half my life, and I am 46 years old as he lived next door to me for 23 years. I was lucky to have so many pleasant conversations over the years with him. The thing I remember the most was that he saw me the past few summers trying to catch fish and never being able to catch much. He was supposed to go with me and teach me as fishing was one of the many things he excelled in amongst cooking, soccer, etc. I regret he left so soon and we were unable to make that happen. I will definitely miss his forever smile, confidence, and the way he treated me and my family. We will meet again my dear friend.
Love,
Sanjai

I always enjoyed speaking with Renato. He would tell me about the picture life book he was working on and how he wanted to leave it for his family for prosperity. Sometimes we would meet him and Angelica on an Atlantic City trip and he would wish us well. The love and care Angelica and him shared was truly inspiring. Angelica I hope you know that you did everything possible to make Renato comfortable as did your son. Praying for all of you. Good to know we have another Angel up there.

It has been an honor to have you as a Godfather. One of our most recent memories was going to Wallenpaupack Lake and we had to climb up a hill to get to the top of the property. I don’t know how we made it up there but somehow we did. The problem was we couldn’t get back down the hill! That was impressive for a 90 year old! And your meatballs were always amazing! I will miss you Padrino.
