Obituary of Grace Patricia Simoes

Grace Patricia Simoes was born on January 24, 2014 in Brooklyn, NY, to David and Gayle (nee Eisenberg) Simoes. Grace passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023.

Grace is Jake's younger sister.

She is the beloved granddaughter of Alan and Nancy Eisenberg, the late Laurentino and Maria Simoes.

She is the cherished niece of Ronda Eisenberg, Antonio and Kathy Simoes and Daniel and Janet Simoes. 

Grace's memorial will take place Wednesday, December 20 from 3:00 - 8:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

A service will begin at 7:00 PM.

On Thursday, December 21st, the procession will depart from Marine Park Funeral Home at 10:30 AM and is set to arrive at Green-Wood Cemetery at 11:30 AM.
