Obituary of Joann Beck

Joann Beck, 74, of Brooklyn, NY, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2024, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Mrs. Beck was born November 9, 1950 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Ann (nee Tadaro) DiMatteo.

She is survived by her beloved husband Edward Patrick Beck, having been married for 52 years. 

Devoted mother of Edward Beck, Ann Beck and James Beck.

Cherished grandmother of Jack, Robert, Kaitlyn, Juliette, Ava and Daisy.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 17 from 4:00 - 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

A Mass of Christian burial will be Wednesday, December 18 at 9:30 AM at Resurrection R.C. Church, 2331 Gerritsen Avenue, Brooklyn, NY.

Burial to immediately follow in Calverton National Cemetery.
