What a great lady, a true professional and just a wonderful human being. Marge and I go back to the East 69th St. days; we attended John Jay College at night and graduated the same year. I still have the photo of the two of us at graduation! She was truly an inspiration to all and those wonderful memories of Marge will live on in our hearts and minds. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends. Amy Wisotsky

I worked for Marge as part of the SSG surveillance team. A great agent and a better person. I will miss her.

I will always see Marge's bright red hair, freckles and great smile. We were all so young and barely out of high school, when I first met Marge. She showed me that living was a series of challenges met. They were adventures in those days - hot air balloons and "whale watching". But the real challenge she took on each and every day, she did quietly and consistently - she "talked the talk" and ALWAYS "walked the walk". We meet so few wonderful people and I'll miss her.

Aunt Amy, I am so sorry for the loss of Margaret. She was such a wonderful and loving woman, whose smile would brighten the room...She was always the one who would capture the moments of special occasions by taking her pictures. She will truely be missed by everyone who knew and loved her. Godspeed Margaret.

Marge was a geniune beacon of light for all of us who worked with her going back to our golden days at the East 69th Street office of the FBI.
No one ever had a greater work ethic nor a better sense of humor nor had more genuine and total class than Marge McCarthy. And no one ever set a better example of quiet professionalism and human dignity.
Her untimely passing is a terrible loss to all her knew her as well as to the American public at large which she served so well with honor and selfless care.
Rest in peace, Marge.
