I am so incredibly sad you are gone. You have been my best friend since kindergarten. You have always been there for me. You made me laugh and took care of my daughter when she moved to NY. I will always remember you doing your Irish dance at my wedding. I will miss you dearly my friend. - Kathleen

Dear Doug, John and Joanie: Anne and I send along our deepest condolences at this time. I'll miss Helen's cackling laugh and her storytelling. As a fellow 61st street cousin, I got to know all the Carrigs and each is and was special in their own way.

Dear Doug, Joanie, John & family, Helen was a wonderful Cousin, a loving Aunt & Great-Aunt. She loved life & had a great sense of humor. She always made everyone feel welcome at her home. Family & friends were always happy to be with her. Every summer she along with her husband, Doug, her sister, Joanie & family hosted the Annual Breezy Point Summer Cousins Party. She was a loving & generous cousin who will be sorely missed by all & people will always have very happy memories of Helen. ❤️☘️Cousins Mary Ellen & George

Dear Doug, Joanie and John,
So saddened to hear of Helen's passing. She was a warm and loving spirit who brought much joy to our lives. I remember her vividly and fondly as the leader of us as kids on our trip to Ireland in the summer of 1970. May she rest in peace with God our father and other members of her family who have previously passed.
Love,
Tim and Linda Sullivan

Dear Doug, Joanie and family. No words can express how sad I feel for you at this moment. You have lost such a special member of your family. My heart is broken that I’ve lost such a good friend. From the day I met Helen, she made me feel like part of the family. I always felt welcome at the Murtagh’s. She was so generous with her love and time. Helen had such a big heart and touched so many people. She will be missed by all who knew her. I am so sorry I cannot be there with you but know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. May Helen be in God’s care and rest in peace. We have an angel watching over us now.
